21.11 - 20.12.2014
Opening: 21.11. 2014 kl. 17-20
Long, long, long handler om at se.
Text in English
Long, long, long is about seeing. It's really the only thing required of the viewer: that he or she looks at the paintings. Not because some great revelation awaits whomever takes enough time to look — but because the paintings are beautiful. That being said, in order to see them, one needs to move around. None of the works can be seen at once, you have to move up and down and take a step forward and then one backwards. It is a bit like a dance between the work and the viewer, and this creates an intimacy between the artist and the viewer.
